The 3 days Bwindi impenetrable forest national park double mountain gorilla trekking through Kigali is intended for persons wishing to do an un forgettable mountain gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park but starting from Rwanda. This is also nice for people who wants to meet mountain gorillas two times and with this proposal, you will be able to meet two different mountain gorilla families and spending more time with mountain gorillas in the wild on different days and you will drive less by flying into Kigali and then to Bwindi impenetrable national park in Kanungu district Uganda Instead of Entebbe International Airport.
On this day, a safari driver guide will pick you from Kigali international airport or your hotel in Kigali city to drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Kanungu district the home to the biggest population of mountain gorillas in the world. This drive will take you through the most scenic and hilly part of Uganda with an en-route stop at Kabale town (Katuna) or Kisoro (Chanika) depending on the crossing border that you will use before continuing to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for overnight. Later, go and check in at your booked lodge for dinner and an overnight.

After breakfast and with your packed lunch, you will transfer to the park information center for the pre-tracking briefing about how to behave during mountain gorilla trekking. Your UWA ranger guide will take you through the do’s and don'ts on your mountain gorillas trekk and thereafter, you will start your long time awaited mountain gorilla trekk walkthrough the forest. Please note that gorilla family location is influenced by your interests and level of fitness and age. Therefore, you will need to inform your guide in advance to select for you the gorilla family that suits you before you start the actual tracking. Looking for the mountain Gorillas might take from 30 minutes to three quarters of the day so you have to be prepared for both. Your guide will be able to provide information about anything that you will encounter on your gorilla tracking because this park has a variety of different wildlife species such as birds, big and small mammals, butterflies and many more once you encounter your allocated gorilla family of gorillas, you will have a maximum of one full hour of photographing, observing and following their movements as they carry out their routine activities such as playing, feeding and grooming their babies then after your full hour is done, return to the park information center to pick your certificates, Enjoy your lunch and then transfer to another sector of the park for your second tracking experience, Dinner and an overnight

After breakfast and with your packed lunch, go to the park information center for another briefing session regarding mountain gorilla tracking and later start your day activity where you will meet another mountain gorilla’s family in their natural habitat enjoying and hunting for food. You will experience and notice the difference in behaviors of each family. After meeting the gorillas for another full hour, return to the park information center to relax, pick your second certificate and enjoy your lunch plus other refreshment and then embark on your drive back to Kigali international airport to meet your return flight or at hotel in Kigali city for an extra night and this will be the end of your double mountain gorilla tracking safari in Uganda.
